Name Changes / Evolutions​

  • SPORE & AUR Token Economics (instead of INCA & CC)
  • Mycelium & Project Mycelium as branding
    • ThreeFold is/was step 1 of Project Mycelium = the cloud infrastructure layer
    • Mycelium is the evolution: ThreeFold (Mycelium Cloud) + VDC (new) + Network + AI Agents

Communication Changes​

  • Clean messaging
  • Not crypto-focused, but using tokens (SPORE/AUR)
  • Emphasize utility and real-world applications
  • Focus on stablecoin (AUR) for services, SPORE for value increase

Simplicity​

  • Super simple tokenomics: 80% farmer - 10% burned - 10% TF revenue split
  • Dual token system: SPORE (tradable) + AUR (stablecoin)
  • Clear use cases for each token

Price Stability​

  • AUR pegged to gold for stability
  • SPORE can be bought by TFT, 20x upside at start (at TFT price of .005)
  • SPORE cannot be excited before July 2026

Liquidity​

  • SPORE exchange should have liquidity by July 2025 (revenue)
  • Dutch auction for SPORE trading to prevent dumps
  • Position-based liquidity pools for AUR stability
  • No DeFi risks (impermanent loss, front-running)
  • OFFTAKERS drive revenue, drives SPORE usage, drives burning ...

Economical System​

Commercially push offtakers & hosters.

Offtakers (Cloud Customers)​

  • +5 concrete contracts signed for offtakers, +-200k USD/month now which would put us in top 10 DePIN, need 6-9 months to realize fully

Hosters​

  • +5 hoster MOU's signed, need to make sure we fullfill the offtakers
